Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gifty Aura Co. store! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to customs.

International Shipping: We ship to select international countries. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Please Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gifty Aura Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Gifty Aura Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at 2006marielarose1291122@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, we are not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays. If the package is returned to us, we can resend it at your expense.
